One of our most popular skis for the last several seasons, the Elan Ripstick 94 W is a quick, nimble ride that makes for one of the most versatile all-mountain skis on the market. With fresh updates for 2025, the new Ripstick 94 is better than ever. With new carbon strips along the edges of the skis and new flax in the tip, there's more stability and predictability without losing the lightweight agility the Ripstick is known for. At 94mm underfoot, the Ripstick is already quick to roll over on edge, but the Amphibio rocker profile adds a unique ride that rolls this ski over on edge faster than a kiddo can drink hot chocolate on a cold day on the hill. The Ripstick has a designated left and right ski, with more rocker on your outside edge, and a longer effective edge on the inside. On snow, that equals increased edge hold while carving or edging on firm snow, but easier turn initiation. You don't feel too locked into carves, and you can find your way out of tight bump lines easily.
The Ripstick 94 W works for a lot of different skiers in different regions. We love it as an all-mountain ski out West for ladies who spend a good portion of their time on trail, but still like to explore and want one ski to do it all. It also works well for women who ski out East, but like something on the wider side for soft snow days, without it feeling too bulky. The lightweight construction makes it a great choice for riders who are still progressing, all the way to experts who like a ski that doesn't beat them up on the hill.
