No gear decision is more important for a skier than choosing the right boot. To ensure you get one-on-one time with our bootfitters, appointments are recommended for boot shopping, including full setups (skis and boots). Appointments are required for custom bootwork, like footbeds, liner molding, shell punches, or Zipfit liner fittings. For shopping, we help walk-ins on a first-come, first-served basis, so there may be a short wait at our busiest times.Pro tip: You never need an appointment to pick up an order, make a return, or drop off gear for a service.
This is for the folks who just need a new set of boots. We carry a wide variety of boots, including alpine, alpine touring, snowboard, and telemark. This appointment is scheduled for 90 minutes for adequate time to perform an assessment, try on different pairs, and make adjustments as needed. The fitting is free of charge, and there's no pressure to walk out with a new pair.
Our experienced fitters offer custom solutions for boot troubles, including footbeds and shell/liner modifications, for both new and old boots. If the boots were not purchased with us, or are over a year old, we charge $50 per hour for work and consultations.
If you need skis, bindings, and any other gear in addition to new boots, this is the appointment for you. This two hour appointment leaves time for a full bootfitting, along with time to shop for the rest of your kit.
