To help us offer you the best experience, appointments are required for bootfitting or any custom bootwork. Walk-ins are welcome for everything else. If you are looking for skis, boards, apparel, or any other accessories, feel free to come by the shop at your convenience and we'll help you out on a first-come, first-served basis. In most cases, we'll be able to help you as soon as you arrive, but during peak times and on our busiest days, there may be a short wait until someone is available to give you their undivided attention.
Pro tip: You never need an appointment to pick up an order, make a return, or drop off gear for a service. Just come by the shop whenever it's convenient and our service staff will take care of it for you.

We're proud to have a staff of highly trained and experienced boot fitters. With a large selection of various boots, from alpine downhill boots, backcountry touring ski boots, snowboard boots, and telemark boots of all different shapes, sizes, and flexes. The boot fit appointment is scheduled for an hour and a half. This gives us plenty of time to take accurate measurements, allow you to try on different pairs, and make adjustments as needed.
If your boots are giving you trouble, come see one of our experienced custom boot fitters. All our custom fitters have been boot fitting for several years, and have a plethora of knowledge and training on proper fit, building custom footbeds, and modifying shells and liners. Whether you bought boots from us or you want us to spruce up an older pair, we can help you out.
To get everything you need for the season, this is the one-stop shop. One of our ski experts will get you properly fitted for boots, help you find skis, or any other gear you might need. This appointment is also scheduled for two hours. If you'll be looking for helmets, goggles, and the works in addition to skis and boots, drop a note in your appointment so we can prep appropriately.
