New items purchased between November 1 and December 31 can be returned until February 1st (used demo skis are not included)
Items falling under this policy must be received back at our warehouse no later than February 15th
Returned items must be in new condition with tags attached and in their original packaging
How to Return an Item
Option 1: Bring the item to our store in Golden, Colorado for a full refund
Option 2: Use a printable FedEx return label provided by Powder7:
You are responsible for handing the package off at your local FedEx Office
We do not provide return labels for any carrier other than FedEx
Option 3: Use your own shipping label
You can ship the item back to us through any major carrier, covering the cost of return shipping yourself
Your name and order confirmation number must be clearly marked on the outside of the box and within the box
You will receive a full refund upon receipt
Returning New Items
When the return is processed, you will receive a full refund minus $7 to cover the cost of the return label provided by Powder7.
Please notify us within 30 days of receiving the new item that you would like to return it.
Once an item is in used condition it may not be returned.
Once a pair of new skis has been mounted they cannot be returned.

Returning Demo Skis
When the return is processed, you will receive a full refund.

We're happy to send extra pictures or talk with you about products in detail before we ship them to ensure you're purchasing a product that is best for you
All original shipping costs are non-refundable for international shipments/returns
We work with the best manufacturers in the winter sports industry, but occasionally defects do occur. If you think your product has a manufacturing defect please contact us. We'll work with the manufacturer to determine if their warranty covers the damage. Determining if the issue is a manufacturing defect is solely up to the manufacturer, not Powder7. Please note, this process can take several weeks and we will keep you updated as we correspond with the manufacturer.
