About Salomon Skis:

Salomon skis are known for being easy to ski and performing well. Their Rocker2 series is helping skiers float in the deep stuff and the Q series is helping improve skills all over the mountain. Brand loyalty is a big deal for Salomon, with many people still bringing out the old X-Screams or Pocket Rockets, but fear not, the new Salomon gear lives up to its pedigree. Salomon was among the first major brands to adopt twintip skis with their Teneighty ski popularized by the New Canadian Air Force of Mike Douglas, JP Auclair, JF Cusson, and others. Salomon is based in Annecy, France, and has been in business since 1947.
