We work with the best manufacturers in the winter sports industry, but occasionally defects do occur. If you think your product has a manufacturing defect please contact us. We'll work with the manufacturer to determine if their warranty covers the damage. Determining if the issue is a manufacturing defect is solely up to the manufacturer, not Powder7. Your Boot Sole Length is a measurement, in millimeters (mm) stamped into the plastic heel of your boot. It is not your boot size! All boot sole lengths are 3 digit whole numbers - there will not be any hyphens or decimals.
In Store Pickup Customers: Bindings can be mounted then fully safety tested at our Golden, CO shop if you bring your boots with you when you pickup your skis.

On the more narrow side of all-mountain at 90mm underfoot, the Captis Birdie is happiest ripping the front side, but you aren't limited to just groomers. This year, Black Crows shortened the rocker and moved the contact points closer to the tip and tail. This gives you greater edge hold when slicing through bumps or ripping groomers, allowing you to feel more locked in and stable. You’ll notice this especially at high speeds, or if you hit a patch of less than soft snow. The softer flex and plenty of camber underfoot sticks around, giving you a super playful and poppy ride. This makes it a great ski for advancing skiers looking to progress with a forgiving ski that is confidence inspiring, without being punishing. It’s also a fan favorite among advanced lady rippers looking for a fun frontside ski, and the updates for this year only help stronger skiers push this ski a little more. This ski is fun.
