- We carry just about everything a person could want for a day in the mountains, but we can't fit it all in our small store.
- For that reason, some items aren't available for in-store shopping. Those select products are listed as online-only 'web exclusives'.
- If you order a web exclusive item, we're happy to either ship it to you or make it available for in-store pickup.
- Even though web exclusive items aren't stocked in our store, you can still pick them up in person. Just place your order online and select "pick up" as your shipping option on the checkout page.
- After your order comes through our system, we'll grab it, move it to the store, and email you within 24 hours to let you know your item is ready to be picked up.

We'll work with the manufacturer to determine if their warranty covers the damage. Determining if the issue is a manufacturing defect is solely up to the manufacturer, not Powder7. I love this helmet for backcountry skiing! It's light weight, breathes well, and integrates really well with a hat. The Summit has a nifty feature that allows you to easily hold a headlamp in place for early morning skin tracks. There are two loops that allow you to attach carabiners to the helmet and then onto a pack. If we're nitpicking, there isn't a goggle clip in the back so goggles could pop off easier if you take a fall. I mostly ski in sunglasses so this isn't too much of an issue for me. Overall, this is a great backcountry helmet and I really love it!
