- We recommend trying on your new boots indoors to make sure they fit before you go outside.

- Once you ski on a pair of demo skis they cannot be returned.
- Once you use other used gear it cannot be returned
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- We're happy to send extra pictures or talk with you about products in detail before we ship them to ensure you're purchasing a product that is best for you
- All original shipping costs are non-refundable for international shipments/returns
- We carry just about everything a person could want for a day in the mountains, but we can't fit it all in our small store.
- For that reason, some items aren't available for in-store shopping. Those select products are listed as online-only 'web exclusives'.
- If you order a web exclusive item, we're happy to either ship it to you or make it available for in-store pickup.
- Even though web exclusive items aren't stocked in our store, you can still pick them up in person. Just place your order online and select "pick up" as your shipping option on the checkout page.
- After your order comes through our system, we'll grab it, move it to the store, and email you within 24 hours to let you know your item is ready to be picked up.
- If your gear requires any services, expect the usual brief delay while we mount, tune, sharpen, or Phantom up your stuff.

I own the Smith 4D Mag with Black Photochromic Red + bonus Storm Rose lens. The Photochromic Red lens is really kind of amazing. The goggles I owned previous to these became almost unusable with the slightest hint of shade, but I have yet to have to use the low light lenses in these thus far. I have been in almost full overcast conditions with these, and have had no real issue seeing texture in the snow. This could also be due to the added visibility that comes with the rounded bottoms of the goggles.

Although I haven't used the low light lenses skiing, I have tried to switch out the lenses at home. It's very easy, and I can change them while wearing 3 finger mitts relatively quickly! As a person with perpetually cold hands, I'll do anything to keep my gloves on, so that was a huge selling point for me.
Overall, I have loved these goggles. The lenses have been a game changer for me with added visibility, and less worrying about sky conditions. They fit really well with my Smith Level helmet, as well.Our Take:
With several season's under its belt, the Smith 4D MAG has proven it belongs at the top of the lineup. Smith's Birdseye Vision increases your overall field of view by 25% thanks to a unique curvature in the lens on the bottom of the goggle. Smith also updated the interchangeable lens system. Quick levers easily release on the bottom of the frame allowing the lens to pop out of it's magnetic attachment so you can change your lens just as fast at the changing light conditions - plus it's totally yard sale proof! Equiped with two ChromaPop lenses, one for sunny days and one for cloudy, you'll get color boosting vision that also enhances contrast. With such a unique and innovative design the Smith 4D MAG brings a new meaning to seeing is believing.
