- Once a pair of new skis has been mounted, it cannot be returned.

- We recommend trying on your new boots indoors to make sure they fit before you go outside.

- Once you ski on a pair of demo skis they cannot be returned.
- Once you use other used gear it cannot be returned
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- We're happy to send extra pictures or talk with you about products in detail before we ship them to ensure you're purchasing a product that is best for you
- All original shipping costs are non-refundable for international shipments/returns
- We carry just about everything a person could want for a day in the mountains, but we can't fit it all in our small store.
- For that reason, some items aren't available for in-store shopping. Those select products are listed as online-only 'web exclusives'.
- If you order a web exclusive item, we're happy to either ship it to you or make it available for in-store pickup.
- Even though web exclusive items aren't stocked in our store, you can still pick them up in person. Just place your order online and select "pick up" as your shipping option on the checkout page.
- After your order comes through our system, we'll grab it, move it to the store, and email you within 24 hours to let you know your item is ready to be picked up.
- If your gear requires any services, expect the usual brief delay while we mount, tune, sharpen, or Phantom up your stuff.

I've had my Smith Squad goggles for a number of years now and they still perform wonderfully. I've become a fan of the yellow lens for flat light days, as it does a great job defining terrain variation. The lenses are simple to swap out, and feel very secure when installed. With a bit of practice it became easier and easier to get them swapped out with ease.
