- New ski boots may only be returned in their original new condition, including all packaging, tags, and accessories
- Boots must be returned inside their original undamaged boot box and re-packaged within a shipping box to prevent damage in transit.
- Any returned boots that arrive used, damaged, marked, or without all original packaging and a shipping box, will be declined and sent back to you.
- We always recommend trying on your new boots indoors to make sure they fit before taking them outside.
- Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for that refund transaction to appear on your account statement.

Manufacturing Defects
We work with the best manufacturers in the winter sports industry, but occasionally defects do occur. If you think your product has a manufacturing defect please contact us. We'll work with the manufacturer to determine if their warranty covers the damage. Determining if the issue is a manufacturing defect is solely up to the manufacturer, not Powder7. Please note, this process can take several weeks and we will keep you updated as we correspond with the manufacturer.

Our Take:
Last year, the QST 92 was the younger brother not old enough to toast with a beer at older bro's bachelor party. No more. The 2019-2020 QST 92 has come of age, receiving all the major updates shared by the wider QST 99 and QST 106. And those updates, when applied in the narrower 92mm waist width, make the QST 92 a wildly intriguing option for all-mountain skiers who split their time evenly between humble off-piste excursions and gregarious frontside hot laps. Like all the QSTs, advanced and expert skiers will find them easy to ski but not limiting. And really, that's what most skiers want. Intermediate skiers, meanwhile will find in the QST 92 an accessible ski with a high ceiling that inspires confidence. Carbon, flax, and basalt are mixed in the construction for a damp, energetic, and smoothly refined feel. Cork inserts in the tips of the skis reduce vibration and increase float in soft snow. Redesigned rocker and taper improve edge hold for groomer skiing. Game on, brother.
