- We recommend trying on your new boots indoors to make sure they fit before you go outside.

- Once you ski on a pair of demo skis they cannot be returned.
- Once you use other used gear it cannot be returned
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- We're happy to send extra pictures or talk with you about products in detail before we ship them to ensure you're purchasing a product that is best for you
- All original shipping costs are non-refundable for international shipments/returns
- We carry just about everything a person could want for a day in the mountains, but we can't fit it all in our small store.
- For that reason, some items aren't available for in-store shopping. Those select products are listed as online-only 'web exclusives'.
- If you order a web exclusive item, we're happy to either ship it to you or make it available for in-store pickup.
- Even though web exclusive items aren't stocked in our store, you can still pick them up in person. Just place your order online and select "pick up" as your shipping option on the checkout page.
- After your order comes through our system, we'll grab it, move it to the store, and email you within 24 hours to let you know your item is ready to be picked up.

We work with the best manufacturers in the winter sports industry, but occasionally defects do occur. If you think your product has a manufacturing defect please contact us. We'll work with the manufacturer to determine if their warranty covers the damage. Determining if the issue is a manufacturing defect is solely up to the manufacturer, not Powder7. Please note, this process can take several weeks and we will keep you updated as we correspond with the manufacturer.

Not a whole to say... our Powder7 Powder Pokers are light, durable, and look great! Being some of the cheapest poles we sell here, its a no brainer, especially if you want to rock the same poles as the Powder7 staff. As the old saying goes: if it ain't broke, don't fix it. And we agree, especially when the Powder Poker has been a go-to favorite of staffers and customers alike for several seasons now. While we didn't update any of the stand-out features, we felt like an updated graphic was warranted -- besides, who doesn't love some new hotness? So that's what our resident artist did; Sarah Beabout came up with yet another gorgeous design that brings together our love of the mountains with sick colorways.
So, while we didn't add a flamethrower or a built in beer tap, we did keep the extra-long EVA foam grip for uphill versatility, the fat powder baskets for untracked lines, and the durable lightness we've all come to enjoy.
