2024-2025 Stockli Stormrider 95 Review

(Editor's Note: The Stockli Stormrider 95 returns unchanged in graphics and construction for the 24/25 season from the updates in the 23/24 season.] The standard bearer? In a world where seemingly every company makes good all-mountain skis, it can sometimes be difficult to differentiate between options. Some factors naturally help you whittle down your choices: price, graphics (they matter!), reviews, advice from gear nerds or significant others or buddies. When it comes to premium brands like Stockli, the question is about worth-it-ness. What does that elevated price tag get ... Continue Reading

2024-2025 Stockli Skis Preview

Stockli Skis 2025: First Look Classic updates. Swiss-made Stockli skis hardly need an introduction. They're repeatedly some of our favorites for balancing skiability and performance. We're hard-pressed to find gear that rides as smooth and stable in all snow conditions, with a wide range of skill levels that can hop on the ski and have a good time (looking at you, Stormrider 95). This year, Stockli updated a few select products to further develop that skiability, without losing the Stockli performance we expect. We dive into the details in our Stockli skis 2025 preview. ... Seven 2024 Skis We're Stoked About

Say Yes to the Fresh. With new playful all-mountain models that inspire new tricks and stunts, all the way to big-mountain chargers that challenge us in new ways, there's plenty of new gear to be excited about for the upcoming season. 2024 skis bring variety, innovation in sustainability and new ski constructions, and sick new graphics (which, let's be honest, is what excites skiers the most). It's hard to pick just our favorite seven out of everything new, but these are some of the models that left the biggest grins on our faces after testing. Loading up the truck after a full ... Our Take On The 2025 Stockli Stormrider 95:

After a few years of earning status as a premier all-mountain freeride ski, the Stockli Stormrider 95 is skiing better than ever. Looking for the Spark Notes? The new Stormrider 95 doesn't lose its heart and soul, just gets a dash more freeride flavor in the same high-performance package. A new lighter core lowers the swing weight for quicker and more responsive turns. Stockli moved the mount point a little further forward to provide a more progressive feel, making it easier to get loose if you want. But in traditional Stockli fashion, the Stormrider still likes to be driven, whether that's on freshly groomed trails, zipper bump lines, or the choppy back bowls. You don't lose the full sheets of titanal, and it still features a directional rocker profile, so you can be sure you can tackle the fall line the way you want to.
