We work with the best manufacturers in the winter sports industry, but occasionally defects do occur. If you think your product has a manufacturing defect please contact us. We'll work with the manufacturer to determine if their warranty covers the damage. Determining if the issue is a manufacturing defect is solely up to the manufacturer, not Powder7. Please note, this process can take several weeks and we will keep you updated as we correspond with the manufacturer.

Preorder availability dates are based upon manufacturer estimated availability dates. Please understand that this is an estimate and can change based upon manfacturers' availability.
Topsheets: Good condition with scratching on the topsheet surface and light scuffing/nicking along the topsheet edges from being used approximately 20 days.
Bases: Bases are in very good condition with light scratching and a few small, shallow scrapes. There is a long, small scrape that has been filled with ptex. These skis are freshly tuned, waxed, and ready for snow. Bindings will adjust to any boot size without a remount.
Watch Our Demo Ski Ratings Explained:
Whether you ski out East, in the Rocky Mountain West or PNW, or somewhere in between, you probably like the sound of an everyday off-piste ski. That is how Armada describes the Tracer 98, back for the 2021-22 season with just a topsheet update. So let us unpack the claim. As an off-piste ski, the Tracer 98 is more versatile than zip-off shorts (not to mention way cooler). It is light enough to groove up a skin track, even if you need some sketchy kick turns to get to the top of your line. The weight savings also means you can zip through tree alleys in mixed snow or burn back bowl hot laps all day without destroying your quads. Freeride rocker and a surfy tip shape ensure a ripping good time when fresh snow falls. As to the everyday applications of the Tracer 98, that is arguably when the ski shines the brightest. Adaptive Mesh technology, a variable angle weave along the length of the ski and underfoot, dampens vibrations and offers stability on hard snow without adding a bunch of weight. As a result, the Tracer 98 carves and snaps edge to edge with energy and support. Everyday? Check. Off-piste? Check. Armada is right. Similar skis: Elan Ripstick 96, Head Kore 99.
