- Once we receive the return, please allow 3-5 business days for that refund transaction to appear on your account statement.
- Please notify us within 30 days of receiving your new boots if you would like to return them.
- New ski boots may only be returned in their original new condition, including all packaging, tags, and accessories
- Boots must be returned inside their original undamaged boot box and re-packaged within a shipping box to prevent damage in transit.
- Any returned boots that arrive used, damaged, marked, or without all original packaging and a shipping box, will be declined and sent back to you.
- We always recommend trying on your new boots indoors to make sure they fit before taking them outside.
- Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for that refund transaction to appear on your account statement.
- Please notify us within 7 days of receiving the item that you would like to return it.
- Once you ski on a pair of demo skis they cannot be returned.
- When the return is processed, you will receive a full refund for the product(s) as well as a refund for standard ground shipping ($39.99 for used skis, $19.99 for used snowboards, etc.). Please note: expedited shipping costs or international shipping costs will not be refunded.

Manufacturing Defects
We work with the best manufacturers in the winter sports industry, but occasionally defects do occur. If you think your product has a manufacturing defect please contact us. We'll work with the manufacturer to determine if their warranty covers the damage. Determining if the issue is a manufacturing defect is solely up to the manufacturer, not Powder7. Please note, this process can take several weeks and we will keep you updated as we correspond with the manufacturer.

Our Take + Features:
It is sometimes hard to find a ski that is easy to carry uphill, but gives you incredible performance on the way down. Armada has taken that challenge on with the introduction of the Tracer series. With Xyrstal Mesh and carbon stringers keeping things stable under the hood, the ski does not need metal to keep it damp. This creates a ski that can rip apart the resort, and be the first up the skin track. The Tracer 98 gives you enough width underfoot to handle the deep stuff but does not weigh you down on the uphill. The early rise tip and rocker in the tip and tail allow this 98mm waisted ski to float effortlessly through powder. On the flip side, camber underfoot lets this ski grip the frontside of the hill like no other. If you split time between the resort and back country, there are not many other options that can handle both with such ease.
