- New ski boots may only be returned in their original new condition, including all packaging, tags, and accessories
- Boots must be returned inside their original undamaged boot box and re-packaged within a shipping box to prevent damage in transit.
- Any returned boots that arrive used, damaged, marked, or without all original packaging and a shipping box, will be declined and sent back to you.
- We always recommend trying on your new boots indoors to make sure they fit before taking them outside.

We work with the best manufacturers in the winter sports industry, but occasionally defects do occur. If you think your product has a manufacturing defect please contact us. Topsheets: Very good condition with light scratches on the topsheet surface and minimal light scuffing along the topsheet edges from being used approximately 15 days.
Bases: Bases are in good condition with scratching and minimal deeper scratches, as well as a few small scrapes that have been refilled with ptex. These skis are freshly tuned, waxed, and ready for snow, although some scratches are still visible.

Our Take:
Where once there was the Governor now there lies the Commander 118. There may be Govy blood in its veins but it's a whole new beast entirely. It's damper, it's stiffer and it shows. With two sheets of metal and a 30m plus turning radius, this is not for the faint of heart. For those who don't so much ski the mountain, as they do assault it, this ski must be fed a strict diet of crud, chop and anything else that may find itself in your way. Puckered straight lines and sketchy run outs galore. Feed the beast.
