- Please notify us within 30 days of receiving your new boots if you would like to return them.
- New ski boots may only be returned in their original new condition, including all packaging, tags, and accessories
- Boots must be returned inside their original undamaged boot box and re-packaged within a shipping box to prevent damage in transit.
- Any returned boots that arrive used, damaged, marked, or without all original packaging and a shipping box, will be declined and sent back to you.
- We always recommend trying on your new boots indoors to make sure they fit before taking them outside.
- Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for that refund transaction to appear on your account statement.

- Once you ski on a pair of demo skis they cannot be returned.

If ski magazines handed out actual trophies to the best-reviewed planks each season, the DPS Wailer 112 RP2 would have a garage full of statues. It's one of the most acclaimed big mountain skis in the world, and it earned that universal praise the hard way: by being consistently awesome. The Wailer 112 shines in all conditions: in untracked snow and spring hardpack, at reckless speeds as well as sensible ones, while shredding wide open bowls and while dancing through tight tree lines.
