Our Take On The 2025 Icelantic Nomad 112:

The Icelantic Nomad series has always been a top recommendation for shredders seeking a soft snow ski that surfs with ease. For 24/25, Icelantic made a splash by announcing an entirely new Nomad series. The widest of the bunch, the Icelantic Nomad 112, is just as surfy and playful as its predecessors, with added energy and skiability. The new Nomad 112 is more nimble and agile than the old Nomad 115 while maintaining the same surfy and stompy feel. Added carbon stringers above and below the core provide extra pop and energy when flexing into the ski or popping off features. Icelantic redesigned the tip and tail construction to lower swing weight and made them more symmetrical for a more playful ride. The flex is slightly stiffer, and the shape is more smeary than the narrower Nomads, making it perfect for skiers who charge hard around the mountain. The Icelantic Nomad 112 competes with other heavy hitters in the category, especially for skiers seeking a balance between intuitive, fun rides and a platform that supports their aggressive ski style.
