We work with the best manufacturers in the winter sports industry, but occasionally defects do occur. If you think your product has a manufacturing defect please contact us. We'll work with the manufacturer to determine if their warranty covers the damage. Determining if the issue is a manufacturing defect is solely up to the manufacturer, not Powder7. It largely mirrors the construction of the wider Sender 110 Free, while the moniker evokes one of the most popular skis of all time: the Soul 7. Get the new Sender Soul 102 on snow, and you’ll see why it’s got a legit claim to be Ski of the Year. Its wood core and metal layup match the Sender 110 Free, meaning it feels planted and reliable underfoot. In its extremities, it sheds mass to give you a stout ski with a light swing weight. It’s built with more camber and less rocker than the 110 Free, which gives it the liveliness and edge grip required to be a bonafide all-mountain rockstar.
