Kastle Paragon 107 Skis

This Ski Is A Staff Favorite:

This ski rules. It's gnarly, heads up, and a classic fall line hawk with modern tech and design. It charges, it carves, and will chomp up anything you throw at it. If you're someone who calls themselves "old school", but still ski with the gumption of a cowboy with nothing to lose, this is the ski for you.

The directional shape and stout construction work together to create an incredibly damp and smooth riding constrcution that lends itself to long, fall line turns. In open terrain, I felt like I could open it up for big arcs ala Freeride World Tour style. If you've got your good technique and foot on the gas, you can still get this ski to release in tight terrain.

2024-2025 Kastle Paragon Review: 93, 101, 107

A fresh freeride collection with classic Kastle DNA If you ask me what skis Powder7 staffers have loved the most over the years, the Kastle FX95 HP will be one of the first models I mention. Those things r-i-p-p-e-d. And while we enjoyed the subsequent versions with more taper and rearranged carbon and metal, none of them gave us quite the same buzz as the OG. So when we learned that Kastle is replacing the FX series with a fresh collection for 2024-2025, you can imagine the intrigue. The new Kastle Paragon skis collection replaces the classic FX lineup for 2024-2025. Kastle ... Continue Reading

Our Take On The 2026 Kastle Paragon 107:

Say hello to Paragon. Longtime Kastle fans (and Powder7 employees) will remember the BMX105 HP skis. People used to call us about them all the time! Well, for 2024-2025, Kastle is introducing a new freeride collection: Paragon. The new skis feel like obvious call-backs to classic models like that BMX and the FX95 HP. How so? Well for one, they're tanks. Built with two sheets of metal, the Paragon 107 can drop the hammer on any type of snow anywhere you find it. They're lively, smooth in and out of carves, and give you enough smear-ability to tackle bump runs, tree alleys, and chutes. Essentially, the Paragon mirrors the shape of the ZX but offers a more powerful and more plush ride. We love that combination, and it actually makes the Paragon 107 a fairly unique ski. Directly aimed at advanced and expert skiers who love to attack the fall-line, Paragon's got a shot to be the top dog in the aggressive all-mountain/freeride category. If that sounds tasty to you, we can guarantee you won't be disappointed. Give Paragon a rip!
