- New ski boots may only be returned in their original new condition, including all packaging, tags, and accessories
- Boots must be returned inside their original undamaged boot box and re-packaged within a shipping box to prevent damage in transit.
- Any returned boots that arrive used, damaged, marked, or without all original packaging and a shipping box, will be declined and sent back to you.
- We always recommend trying on your new boots indoors to make sure they fit before taking them outside.

Manufacturing Defects
We work with the best manufacturers in the winter sports industry, but occasionally defects do occur. If you think your product has a manufacturing defect please contact us. We'll work with the manufacturer to determine if their warranty covers the damage. Determining if the issue is a manufacturing defect is solely up to the manufacturer, not Powder7. Our Take:
The Faction Dancer 3 gets an alternate description in the workbook: "All-Mountain Freeride Funk". Nothing says it better than that. Offering a more directional shape and two thin sheets of metal, compared to the more twin-tipped and softer Prodigy and Mana, the Dancer 3 jives and grooves through any snow condition with style. Seamlessly crossing genres and style, the shape and construction are particularly suited for stability in variable frontside conditions. The shape is directional and prefers a pilot who prefers to tackle the fall line with pressure on the front of the ski rather than a very centered stance. A 106mm waist width is nimble enough in tight places to perform on frontside conditions while being a large enough stage for you to perform around the mountain like you want. Any tune you want, any time. Faction also made sustainability a priority with this ski, using locally sourced, recycled materials and a bio-based resin in their fully renewable energy factory.
