- Returned items must be in new condition with tags attached and in their original packaging

- You are responsible for handing the package off at your local FedEx Office
- We do not provide return labels for any carrier other than FedEx
- Please notify us within 30 days of receiving the new item if you would like to return it. Buying a gift? Don’t worry: our return window is extended around the holidays.
- Items may only be returned in their original new condition, including all packaging, tags, and accessories.
- All items must be re-packaged within a shipping box to prevent damage in transit.
- Returned items that arrive used, damaged, marked, or without all original packaging, tags, etc., will be refused and sent back to you.
- Once a pair of new skis has been mounted, it cannot be returned.
- When the return is processed, you will receive a full refund for the returned product(s), minus $10 for the prepaid return shipping label provided by Powder7. Please note: any outbound shipping charges are not refunded.
- Once we receive the return, please allow 3-5 business days for that refund transaction to appear on your account statement.
- Please notify us within 30 days of receiving your new boots if you would like to return them.
- New ski boots may only be returned in their original new condition, including all packaging, tags, and accessories
- Boots must be returned inside their original undamaged boot box and re-packaged within a shipping box to prevent damage in transit.
- Any returned boots that arrive used, damaged, marked, or without all original packaging and a shipping box, will be declined and sent back to you.
- We always recommend trying on your new boots indoors to make sure they fit before taking them outside.
- Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for that refund transaction to appear on your account statement.
- Please notify us within 7 days of receiving the item that you would like to return it.
- Once you ski on a pair of demo skis they cannot be returned.
- When the return is processed, you will receive a full refund for the product(s) as well as a refund for standard ground shipping ($39.99 for used skis, $19.99 for used snowboards, etc.). Please note: expedited shipping costs or international shipping costs will not be refunded.

We work with the best manufacturers in the winter sports industry, but occasionally defects do occur. If you think your product has a manufacturing defect please contact us. We'll work with the manufacturer to determine if their warranty covers the damage. Determining if the issue is a manufacturing defect is solely up to the manufacturer, not Powder7. After getting some small updates for the 2023 season, the Blizzard Zero G 95 continues to hold on to their position as a top tier touring ski. The 95mm waist provides maximum versatility, handling the full range of conditions found in the backcountry with ease. The solid directional shape borrows heavily from Blizzard's exceptional inbounds models, and the carbon layup allows for a ski that is unimaginably light, yet skis smoothly. These skis float up the skin track, helping you store up energy during long missions, and provide a powerful platform that lets you put all that energy to good use on the fun part. Rarely do you come across a ski so well balanced for both the up and down - the Zero G 95s continue to raise the bar.
