Blizzard overhauled the Zero G lineup of backcountry touring skis for the 2019-2020 season. New, hypnotizing topsheets are just the beginning. The middle ski in the series, the Zero G 95 makes skinning breezy and descending more fun than ever. It's lighter than the previous edition, thanks to new Carbon Drive 2.0 technology. 3D uni-directional carbon frames an ultralight paulownia wood core, saving weight and improving torsional rigidity and control. But what about the fun part? A longer radius sidecut makes the skis more forgiving and smoother (see “more fun”) in soft and mixed snow. As an everyday touring option for resort uphill or meadow skipping, the Zero G 95 provides all-time versatility. When the big lines come into play, these are the skis you want to carry to the summit.
