- New ski boots may only be returned in their original new condition, including all packaging, tags, and accessories
- Boots must be returned inside their original undamaged boot box and re-packaged within a shipping box to prevent damage in transit.
- Any returned boots that arrive used, damaged, marked, or without all original packaging and a shipping box, will be declined and sent back to you.
- We always recommend trying on your new boots indoors to make sure they fit before taking them outside.
- Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for that refund transaction to appear on your account statement.

We work with the best manufacturers in the winter sports industry, but occasionally defects do occur. If you think your product has a manufacturing defect please contact us. We'll work with the manufacturer to determine if their warranty covers the damage. Determining if the issue is a manufacturing defect is solely up to the manufacturer, not Powder7. Our Take:
The ZAG UBAC 95 Lady will make you forget when you tried to "keep up with the guys." Now, they will be trying to keep up with you. Imagined, like all ZAG skis, on the slopes above Chamonix, the UBAC 95 Lady packs an insane strength-to-weight ratio into a stupid-versatile touring ski. Put it this way: these skis are light enough to be your dedicated ski mountaineering setup for big springtime lines, yet they also descend well enough to double as a 50/50 resort/backcountry crossover ski. For the former application, we recommend a lightweight tech binding from brands like ATK, G3, and Dynafit. For the latter, throw a Salomon Shift binding at this ski, and party on. Au revoir, fellas!
