If you don't like to be put in a box, stereotyped, or considered a dry bagel then you'll love the Camox Birdie. As an intermediate skier at best, I surprised my friends with how good I looked (and skied) on the Camox Birdie. The second I clicked into the bindings I was slashing powder turns, jumping off cornices, and skiing the steeps. If you want to look like Lindsay Vonn on the groomers, Jonny Moseley through the bumps, and Angel Collinson in the trees, then this is the ski for you. Keep in mind, this ski performs best when it's on your feet. Side effects of taking it off include, tripping, spilling your beer, and forgetting who you are.

2020 Black Crows Skis Preview

New Crows Take Flight Chamonix-based Black Crows has begun to make a deep impression on the North American ski scene in the last few years. Their sidewall adages and quips, bright colors, effervescence, and downright fun skis tend to appeal to, well, everyone. So naturally, Black Crows completely overhauls their look for next year. The 2020 Black Crows skis lineup draws on art both ancient and modern to do so. "Lines are timeless," a rep at Outdoor Retailer said. Their skis ski that way too. First, he slimmed down the frontside-oriented Orb to an 88-mm waist width (and gave it classy pinstripes), while also dropping its weight and making it more skiable at all speeds with a single layer of 3D ... 2020 Black Crows Camox Birdie Description:

The Camox Birdie slots into the uber-popular Black Crows freeride lineup as a narrower, more all-mountain focused ski than the Atris Birdie. With a redesigned shape, a softer flex, and a more playful feel, the 2020 version stands out in bumps, soft snow, and trees. It's dreamy for skiers who like responsive, fairly forgiving all-mountain skis that can handle mixed snow and inspire serious exploration. Women skiers who prefer stiffer, more powerful skis should take a look at the slightly wider Daemon Birdie or the narrower Orb Birdie. But for ladies who prioritize fun or who want a seamless introduction to the world of freeride-style skis, the Camox Birdie is at the top of its class. Similar skis: Rossignol Sky 7 HD W, Salomon QST Lumen, ON3P Jessie 98.
