If you don't like to be put in a box, stereotyped, or considered a dry bagel then you'll love the Camox Birdie. As an intermediate skier at best, I surprised my friends with how good I looked (and skied) on the Camox Birdie. The second I clicked into the bindings I was slashing powder turns, jumping off cornices, and skiing the steeps. If you want to look like Lindsay Vonn on the groomers, Jonny Moseley through the bumps, and Angel Collinson in the trees, then this is the ski for you. Keep in mind, this ski performs best when it's on your feet. Side effects of taking it off include, tripping, spilling your beer, and forgetting who you are.

2020 Black Crows Skis Preview

New Crows Take Flight Chamonix-based Black Crows has begun to make a deep impression on the North American ski scene in the last few years. First, he slimmed down the frontside-oriented Orb to an 88-mm waist width (and gave it classy pinstripes), while also dropping its weight and making it more skiable at all speeds with a single layer of 3D ... 2019 Black Crows Camox Birdie Description:

The Camox Birdie joins the incomparable Atris Birdie as the two most popular Black Crows women's skis for Colorado. At 97mm wide, the Camox Birdie is a bit skinnier than the fatter Atris, and is perfectly balanced for rippers who ski the whole mountain, rather than just the soft snow. A generous flex and rocker at both tip and tail combine with a stouter flex underfoot to maximize versatility and efficiency. That means this Birdie grips hard and variable surfaces with precision, but remains playful and nimble off-piste. An ideal do-everything ski for Western mountains, the Camox Birdie shines--even among its acclaimed Black Crows sisters.
