- New ski boots may only be returned in their original new condition, including all packaging, tags, and accessories
- Boots must be returned inside their original undamaged boot box and re-packaged within a shipping box to prevent damage in transit.
- Any returned boots that arrive used, damaged, marked, or without all original packaging and a shipping box, will be declined and sent back to you.
- We always recommend trying on your new boots indoors to make sure they fit before taking them outside.

- Once you ski on a pair of demo skis they cannot be returned.

We work with the best manufacturers in the winter sports industry, but occasionally defects do occur. If you think your product has a manufacturing defect please contact us. We'll work with the manufacturer to determine if their warranty covers the damage. Determining if the issue is a manufacturing defect is solely up to the manufacturer, not Powder7. A powerful titanal frame provides power where you need it and reinforces zones that host the most instability. The Tailored Carbon Tips provide additional torsional rigidity and support in the tip while adding liveliness in an otherwise very planted ski with energy-loaded carbon. The 3D Sidecut radius lets you play with turn shape and size, all without losing any power. The Volkl Secret 102 likes to be driven by an experienced pilot, but the updates over the last several years have allowed the Volkl Secret 102 to feel more forgiving in tight situations. If you miss a turn or slide into the backseat in a techy bump line, the Volkl Secret won't beat you up as badly as previous versions might have.
