- New ski boots may only be returned in their original new condition, including all packaging, tags, and accessories
- Boots must be returned inside their original undamaged boot box and re-packaged within a shipping box to prevent damage in transit.

- We always recommend trying on your new boots indoors to make sure they fit before taking them outside.

Manufacturing Defects
We work with the best manufacturers in the winter sports industry, but occasionally defects do occur. If you think your product has a manufacturing defect please contact us. We'll work with the manufacturer to determine if their warranty covers the damage. Determining if the issue is a manufacturing defect is solely up to the manufacturer, not Powder7. Please note, this process can take several weeks and we will keep you updated as we correspond with the manufacturer.

Our Take:
Before the new Nela skis, the Stockli all-mountain/freeride collection for women was called the same thing as the mens skis: Stormrider. Props to the fantastic Swiss ski makers for getting with the times here in 2020. Badass womens skis should have their own names. Meet: the Nela 88. Middle sister in the Nela line, the Nela 88 is a supremely smooth-skiing all-mountain ski for ladies who predominantly ski on trails but want enough versatility for occasional off-piste adventures. These skis are built with some signature Stockli tech, like a brushed titanal topsheet and superlight wood core. You do not need an engineer or a nerdy ski writer to tell you that lightweight skis with rocker and metal tend to rule the mountain.
