- Once we receive the return, please allow 3-5 business days for that refund transaction to appear on your account statement.
- Please notify us within 30 days of receiving your new boots if you would like to return them.
- New ski boots may only be returned in their original new condition, including all packaging, tags, and accessories
- Boots must be returned inside their original undamaged boot box and re-packaged within a shipping box to prevent damage in transit.
- Any returned boots that arrive used, damaged, marked, or without all original packaging and a shipping box, will be declined and sent back to you.
- We always recommend trying on your new boots indoors to make sure they fit before taking them outside.
- Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for that refund transaction to appear on your account statement.

- Once you ski on a pair of demo skis they cannot be returned.

Our Take:
Some skiers, like us western powder-loving buffoons, sense hilarity in Stockli's description of the 78mm-waisted Laser AX as an "all-mountain ski". Want an all-mountain ski? We'll give you a Stormrider 95 or 105. Other skiers might ask what's so funny. Either way, one thing is for certain. The Laser AX slices and dices like the Swiss version of Emeril Lagasse. No, we don't know who that person is. But yes we want the Laser AX nearby if a groomer day is on hand. These skis make lightning-quick turns and balance precision with stability. Turtle Shell Comfort, notches in the topsheet metal, help the skis lock up when they're pushed hard and flex to allow for leisurely skiing. Few legit fast skis have that kind of skiability. For how fast they are, the Laser AX is surprisingly accommodating. They want to skied hard, no doubt, but they don't punish you if you're not channeling your inner Ted Ligety. So whatever you call them, race skis or all-mountain skis or steerable sleds, you're in for a heckuva ride. Similar skis: Head Supershape i.Titan, Head Supershape i.Rally.
