Our Take On The 2025 Salomon Stance W 94:
The Stance series continues to shred the bejeezus out of any ski resort anywhere. With two sheets of metal, freeride rocker, and an exceptionally versatile waist width, the Stance 94 wants to be direct competition to the famed Nordica Santa Ana. These skis are more directional and more aggressive than Salomon's freeride QST range and built for skiers who want their skis to have some serious guts. The directional shape, mellow rocker, and modest taper indicate that the Stance 94 loves to ski fast no matter the snow conditions. That said, the Stance 94 stops short of being a full-blown expert ski. The top sheet of metal features strategic cutouts, which Salomon fills with blended carbon and flax, a mainstay in the QST line. This keeps the skis from being bulky clunkers and allows us to recommend them to athletic and ambitious intermediates along with advanced and expert skiers.
