- Once we receive the return, please allow 3-5 business days for that refund transaction to appear on your account statement.
- Please notify us within 30 days of receiving your new boots if you would like to return them.
- New ski boots may only be returned in their original new condition, including all packaging, tags, and accessories
- Boots must be returned inside their original undamaged boot box and re-packaged within a shipping box to prevent damage in transit.
- Any returned boots that arrive used, damaged, marked, or without all original packaging and a shipping box, will be declined and sent back to you.
- We always recommend trying on your new boots indoors to make sure they fit before taking them outside.
- Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for that refund transaction to appear on your account statement.

- Once you ski on a pair of demo skis they cannot be returned.

We work with the best manufacturers in the winter sports industry, but occasionally defects do occur. If you think your product has a manufacturing defect please contact us. We'll work with the manufacturer to determine if their warranty covers the damage. Determining if the issue is a manufacturing defect is solely up to the manufacturer, not Powder7. After skiing this ski a couple of times, I have found it to be surprisingly easy to maneuver considering the stiffness. It feels considerably stable at speed with little chatter. This ski is definitely versatile; can turn easy enough for mogul skiing and floats on soft snow.

For several years, the Soul 7 has been a top-tier all-mountain powder ski. At an ultra-versatile waist width, it's playful and surfy, poppy and quick. Lots of rocker makes this ski nigh unbeatable in powder and trees, and it's been a go-to choice for everyone from young rippers to retirees. In the last two years, Rossignol has worked to give the ski a bit more backbone, and this has coincided with the release of the women's version. Essentially, the old Savory 7 became the Soul 7 HD W. The addition of Carbon Alloy Matrix and, for 2018, the Air Tip 2.0, makes the Soul lighter but also stronger and stiffer. It's still at home in soft snow, no doubt, but these additions make it even more versatile than it already was. Deciding between a smaller and longer size? Sizing up in the Soul is usually a good choice.
