- New ski boots may only be returned in their original new condition, including all packaging, tags, and accessories
- Boots must be returned inside their original undamaged boot box and re-packaged within a shipping box to prevent damage in transit.
- Any returned boots that arrive used, damaged, marked, or without all original packaging and a shipping box, will be declined and sent back to you.
- We always recommend trying on your new boots indoors to make sure they fit before taking them outside.

We'll work with the manufacturer to determine if their warranty covers the damage. Determining if the issue is a manufacturing defect is solely up to the manufacturer, not Powder7. If ever there was an all-mountain ski that could make anyone have fun skiing, it may be the Rossignol Sky 7 HD. It is the type of ski that leaves you wondering why skiing never felt like this before. Thanks to Air Tip 2.0 technology and healthy rocker in the tips and tails, the Sky 7 is lightweight, easy to maneuver, and pure bliss in soft snow. Whereas prior 7-series skis lacked enough mixed snow performance to be true daily drivers, the addition of Rossignols Carbon Alloy Matrix in 2017 changed the game. Referred to as HD, that tech gave the Sky 7 some backbone and damping. Now it is an industry favorite for skiers who explore the whole mountain in the name of scoring powder turns.
