- Once a pair of new skis has been mounted, it cannot be returned.

- New ski boots may only be returned in their original new condition, including all packaging, tags, and accessories
- Boots must be returned inside their original undamaged boot box and re-packaged within a shipping box to prevent damage in transit.
- Any returned boots that arrive used, damaged, marked, or without all original packaging and a shipping box, will be declined and sent back to you.
- We always recommend trying on your new boots indoors to make sure they fit before taking them outside.
- Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for that refund transaction to appear on your account statement.

We work with the best manufacturers in the winter sports industry, but occasionally defects do occur. If you think your product has a manufacturing defect please contact us. We'll work with the manufacturer to determine if their warranty covers the damage. Determining if the issue is a manufacturing defect is solely up to the manufacturer, not Powder7. It largely mirrors the construction of the wider Sender 110 Free, while the moniker evokes one of the most popular skis of all time: the Soul 7. Get the new Sender Soul 102 on snow, and you’ll see why it’s got a legit claim to be Ski of the Year. Its wood core and metal layup match the Sender 110 Free, meaning it feels planted and reliable underfoot. In its extremities, it sheds mass to give you a stout ski with a light swing weight.
