Long has the Nordica Enforcer 100 reigned supreme as the best selling, most popular all-mountain quiver killer in the U.S. Throughout its reign, I have given it the cold shoulder. I've always recognized and saluted its dependable, burly performance on any type of snow condition, but it had never felt like it really suited my style of skiing. To me, it felt like a one-trick pony that charged well, and that was it. The cons for me were that it was too demanding to ski all day and too heavy to ski trees/moguls efficiently. Introduce the NEW Nordica Enforcer 99. This new and improved version has a slight addition of tail rocker, allowing for the ski to release easier for tighter turns as well as allowing for a more upright or progressive ski stance (or if you are just feeling particularly lazy after charging all day). This change only seems to provide improvements without taking any of the classic Enforcer performance away. I would love to own a pair of these. It seems the king will continue its reign!
Nordica's flagship all-mountain skis get a refresh.
For more than 10 years, the Nordica Enforcer has beaten the drum of the all-mountain skis category. Other brands have mimicked it, chasing similar success. Magazines have published its picture atop ski test results. And skiers have bought it, year in and out. In 2020, Powder7 followers named it the "Ski of the Decade."
So when Nordica announced they're updating the flagship Enforcer 100 for 2024-2025, along with its narrower versions, it made waves.
