The Line Optic 104 gives the modern freeride skier everything our picky little hearts desire. Line wanted to take their playful, freeride skis and gas them up with metal to give them stability at speed and in variable snow conditions. The Optic has deep tip and tail rocker and a playful shape, with Line's Gas Pedal Metal layered into the core. It lets you pivot and swivel the ski when you need to, but open up long turns at speed when you want. A do-it-all waist width of 104mm underfoot gives you a healthy platform to float in powder and stomp landings, while still being quick enough to rip around in bumps and trees like you're on something much less wide. We think the Line Optic 104 is great for advanced and expert skiers who want a maneuverable ride, that doesn't hold them back from charging the fall line when the feeling arises. Because for someone who likes gas pedal metal, that happens more often than not. Similar skis: Nordica Unleashed 108, Dynastar M Free 108.
