For the riders that love the sound of the Ripstick, but want a touch more heft and charge in the core, the Elan Ripstick Black Edition 94 W is the perfect match for you. The BE uses the same integral rocker design as the other Ripstick skis that make it so darn quick and agile, but adds additional carbon reinforcement to help dampen and stabilize the ski in tough snow conditions. A carbon frame and strips beef up the whole ski, giving you more longitudinal and torsional rigidity for high speeds or edge angles. If you ski fast in particularly firm or choppy conditions, but still like the sound of the flickable and quick nature of the Ripstick series, this is a great way to go.
