- Once we receive the return, please allow 3-5 business days for that refund transaction to appear on your account statement.

- New ski boots may only be returned in their original new condition, including all packaging, tags, and accessories
- Boots must be returned inside their original undamaged boot box and re-packaged within a shipping box to prevent damage in transit.
- Any returned boots that arrive used, damaged, marked, or without all original packaging and a shipping box, will be declined and sent back to you.
- We always recommend trying on your new boots indoors to make sure they fit before taking them outside.

We work with the best manufacturers in the winter sports industry, but occasionally defects do occur. If you think your product has a manufacturing defect please contact us. We'll work with the manufacturer to determine if their warranty covers the damage. Determining if the issue is a manufacturing defect is solely up to the manufacturer, not Powder7. The 2026 Völkl Blaze 82 Women’s ski continues to be a standout choice for intermediate skiers who prioritize agility and ease over raw power. At just 1378g (at the 166cm length), it is exceptionally lightweight, making it as capable for light backcountry touring as it is for resort laps.
