- We do not provide return labels for any carrier other than FedEx
- Please notify us within 30 days of receiving the new item if you would like to return it. Buying a gift? Don’t worry: our return window is extended around the holidays.
- Items may only be returned in their original new condition, including all packaging, tags, and accessories.
- All items must be re-packaged within a shipping box to prevent damage in transit.
- Returned items that arrive used, damaged, marked, or without all original packaging, tags, etc., will be refused and sent back to you.
- Once a pair of new skis has been mounted, it cannot be returned.
- When the return is processed, you will receive a full refund for the returned product(s), minus $10 for the prepaid return shipping label provided by Powder7. Please note: any outbound shipping charges are not refunded.
- Once we receive the return, please allow 3-5 business days for that refund transaction to appear on your account statement.
- Please notify us within 30 days of receiving your new boots if you would like to return them.
- New ski boots may only be returned in their original new condition, including all packaging, tags, and accessories
- Boots must be returned inside their original undamaged boot box and re-packaged within a shipping box to prevent damage in transit.
- Any returned boots that arrive used, damaged, marked, or without all original packaging and a shipping box, will be declined and sent back to you.

We work with the best manufacturers in the winter sports industry, but occasionally defects do occur. If you think your product has a manufacturing defect please contact us. We'll work with the manufacturer to determine if their warranty covers the damage. Determining if the issue is a manufacturing defect is solely up to the manufacturer, not Powder7. Please note, this process can take several weeks and we will keep you updated as we correspond with the manufacturer.

Our Take:
Entering a new era of powder performance, Salomon adds a powder-hunting, soft-snow-specific ski to their ever-popular QST series: the Salomon QST X. The all-new Salomon QST X is a wide, soft flexing, and deeply rockered pow ski. For you, that means endless float and maneuverability in the deepest of snow. The soft flex encourages butters and presses and an effortlessly drifty ride. In classic QST fashion, the QST X features flax and carbon stringers to dampen the ski with a minimal weight penalty. Fan-favorite cork damplifiers return in the tip and tail to keep those heavily rockered tips and tails track smoothly when snow gets chopped up. The double sidewall tech seen in newer QSTs shows up here too, with recycled ABS material. Overall, if you're a fan of the QST series (in any waist width), or a fan of unique and fun powder skis (who isn't) the QST X will be an excellent addition to your quiver. No matter how big or small the quiver is. Because who doesn't deserve a powder ski that makes the most of the best days ever?
