- We do not provide return labels for any carrier other than FedEx

- Items may only be returned in their original new condition, including all packaging, tags, and accessories.
- All items must be re-packaged within a shipping box to prevent damage in transit.

- Once a pair of new skis has been mounted, it cannot be returned.

- New ski boots may only be returned in their original new condition, including all packaging, tags, and accessories
- Boots must be returned inside their original undamaged boot box and re-packaged within a shipping box to prevent damage in transit.
- Any returned boots that arrive used, damaged, marked, or without all original packaging and a shipping box, will be declined and sent back to you.
- We always recommend trying on your new boots indoors to make sure they fit before taking them outside.
- Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for that refund transaction to appear on your account statement.
- Please notify us within 7 days of receiving the item that you would like to return it.
- Once you ski on a pair of demo skis they cannot be returned.

We'll work with the manufacturer to determine if their warranty covers the damage. Determining if the issue is a manufacturing defect is solely up to the manufacturer, not Powder7. What surprised me was how easy it was to maneuver while still feeling solid and stable underfoot. I wasn’t charging down at high speed, but just cruising they handled super well and were very forgiving! This is a great approachable all mountain ski if you’re looking for a confidence-boosting ride.
By: CallieThe QST Lux 92 really surprised me. I knew it was a fun ski, and a really solid choice for an all-mountain ski, but I had no idea it would be as much freaking fun and versatile as it was. It had so much energy in the turns, and was so quick and lively in all of the conditions I took it on. I brought it onto the groomers and laid it on edge. It did that well. Then I took it into the bumps and was pleasantly surprised. Powder? Absolutely! And the final test - crud. Here is where I thought it would falter, as I am used to cutting through crud on stiff metal skis. And here is where I thought wrong. It cut through crud so well, and had so much energy in the turns that I actually found myself enjoying the crud and looking for more! So, long story short, don't be like me and underestimate this ski. This ski truly is one of the best all-mountain ones out there.Â

After receiving a host of improvements last season, the QST Lux 92 returns for the 2021-22 season with a fresh new topsheet. Carbon, basalt, and flax are still blended together from tip to tail, and an extra layer of flax plus cork tips keeps the swingweight low while optimizing dampness. The updated tip shape and rocker profile was well received last season, and it returns to help female skiers continue to attack the whole mountain with confidence. Ideal for intermediate to expert skiers who mostly stick to trails, but don't want to compromise on the ability to explore off-piste terrain. Paired with a Salomon Shift or lightweight tech binding, the Lux 92 can also pull double-duty as a worthwhile backcountry option!
