- All items must be re-packaged within a shipping box to prevent damage in transit.
- Returned items that arrive used, damaged, marked, or without all original packaging, tags, etc., will be refused and sent back to you.
- Once a pair of new skis has been mounted, it cannot be returned.
- When the return is processed, you will receive a full refund for the returned product(s), minus $10 for the prepaid return shipping label provided by Powder7. Please note: any outbound shipping charges are not refunded.

- New ski boots may only be returned in their original new condition, including all packaging, tags, and accessories
- Boots must be returned inside their original undamaged boot box and re-packaged within a shipping box to prevent damage in transit.
- Any returned boots that arrive used, damaged, marked, or without all original packaging and a shipping box, will be declined and sent back to you.
- We always recommend trying on your new boots indoors to make sure they fit before taking them outside.

We'll work with the manufacturer to determine if their warranty covers the damage. Determining if the issue is a manufacturing defect is solely up to the manufacturer, not Powder7. Calling all senders!!!! The Rossignol Black Ops Sender ski is your new (old) (from 2022) best friend. Make new friends, but keep the old, right? A remake of the famed Soul 7, this ski is stable and powerful on various conditions. An East Coast skier at heart, I feel at home on a ski with some metal. The Black Ops Sender has some metal underfoot, giving it stability on harder snow, while having enough rocker to float along on powder. This is a great all-mountain option for skiers who like to hop around in the trees and enjoy the softer snow when we get it.

You hear people telling their buddies to "send it!" and while you understand that the phrase expresses some primal form of be-rad sentiment, you don't know what "send it" means. Let us enlighten you. "Send it" comes from climbing, a shortened version of "ascend it," where it is used to encourage a climber before he or she spiders up a wall. No, it doesn't directly make sense when applied to skiing. But if you think of "sending it" as a cross between going for it and crushing it, you'll be in the club. The Sender, a brand-new spinoff from the famed Soul 7, is a ski that inspires you to send it. All it takes is one look at the rugged camo-ish topsheets and redesigned shape to know there are some pointed differences between the Sender and the Soul 7 it replaces. For one, the Sender features some metal underfoot that adds stability and power. Pair that with less rocker, less taper, and a flatter tail, and you get a strong ski that grips hard snow and busts through mixed conditions. It's a smooth, reliable ride. Like the Soul 7, though, the Sender eats up soft snow with enough rocker for surfing powder and making tight turns in tight places. It wants to be skied hard, but it is less demanding than the more-aggressive Sender Ti, thanks to a narrower metal beam underfoot plus a lighter wood (paulownia) in the core. It's also offered in more sizes. These skis can be a quiver-of-one for western freeride skiers or anyone looking for an all-mountain ski with a bent for powder. No more confusion.
