We work with the best manufacturers in the winter sports industry, but occasionally defects do occur. If you think your product has a manufacturing defect please contact us. We'll work with the manufacturer to determine if their warranty covers the damage. Determining if the issue is a manufacturing defect is solely up to the manufacturer, not Powder7. Please note, this process can take several weeks and we will keep you updated as we correspond with the manufacturer.

We offer preorder opportunity on a small amount of select items that are in high demand. We will ship these preorders when items become available to us. Preorder availability dates are based upon manufacturer estimated availability dates. Please understand that this is an estimate and can change based upon manfacturers' availability.
Just like skiing, the history of tie-dye runs deeper than you may think. Skiing didn't originate in Vail or Vermont. Tie-dye existed long before the 1960s. While our favorite activity can be tracked all the way back to 6000 BC, tie-dyed clothing traces its roots to 6th-century Eastern Asia. So it's safe to say that when you blend these two art forms, you're actually joining two mainstays of humanity. Also like skiing, tie-dye today is steeped in self-expression and togetherness. See someone skiing in tie-dye, and nine times out of ten, they're going to make you feel the love—for the mountains, for snow, and for each other, man. We released the Skiing is for Lovers tee as part of our Pride Month merch drop to exemplify the togetherness that we see as a core element of skiing. We're also donating a portion of each shirt sale to the nonprofit LGBT+ Outdoors to help them continue connecting the LGBTQ+ community "to the outdoors and to each other."
