- We recommend trying on your new boots indoors to make sure they fit before you go outside.

- Please notify us within 7 days of receiving the item that you would like to return it.
- Once you ski on a pair of demo skis they cannot be returned.
- Once you use other used gear it cannot be returned
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- We're happy to send extra pictures or talk with you about products in detail before we ship them to ensure you're purchasing a product that is best for you
- All original shipping costs are non-refundable for international shipments/returns
- We carry just about everything a person could want for a day in the mountains, but we can't fit it all in our small store.
- For that reason, some items aren't available for in-store shopping. Those select products are listed as online-only 'web exclusives'.
- If you order a web exclusive item, we're happy to either ship it to you or make it available for in-store pickup.
- Even though web exclusive items aren't stocked in our store, you can still pick them up in person. Just place your order online and select "pick up" as your shipping option on the checkout page.
- After your order comes through our system, we'll grab it, move it to the store, and email you within 24 hours to let you know your item is ready to be picked up.
- If your gear requires any services, expect the usual brief delay while we mount, tune, sharpen, or Phantom up your stuff.

As someone who frequently forgets to hydrate the night before a day of riding, this helps me to catch up and to stay hydrated through the day. I hate having bulky things in my pockets when riding, but the soft style of this water bottle forms to your pocket and I often forget its there. As for the durability of these bottles, they are bulletproof. I have taken some rather hefty falls straight onto my pocket and fully expected to have a wet mess all over me, and bam, it was dry as a bone in there. Everyone could use more hydration on the mountain, and for those who don't like wearing backpacks, this is the solution for you.

Dear skiers. We've been telling you (and ourselves, for that matter) to drink more water for years. That's why multiple shelves in our warehouse are dedicated to custom water bottles. Give someone a fishing pole and they will catch a fish. Give a skier a water bottle and they...will continually forget to drink enough water. Well, if the annoying bulk of water bottles was your complaint, you are now out of excuses. The H2Go Bottle collapses to nothing, weighs 80% less than most vessels out there, and holds enough water to keep you hydrated as you push peaks.
