- All items are to be sent back in a protective box to prevent damage during shipping.

- Once a pair of new skis has been mounted, it cannot be returned.

- Ski boots may only be returned exactly as they were when we sent them to you, with all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
- Boots must be returned inside their original undamaged boot box within a shipping box.
- Any returned boots that arrive used, damaged, or marked—or without the original box and a shipping box—will be refused and sent back to you.
- We recommend trying on your new boots indoors to make sure they fit before you go outside.

- Please notify us within 7 days of receiving the item that you would like to return it.
- Once you ski on a pair of demo skis they cannot be returned.
- Once you use other used gear it cannot be returned
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- We're happy to send extra pictures or talk with you about products in detail before we ship them to ensure you're purchasing a product that is best for you
- All original shipping costs are non-refundable for international shipments/returns
- We carry just about everything a person could want for a day in the mountains, but we can't fit it all in our small store.
- For that reason, some items aren't available for in-store shopping. Those select products are listed as online-only 'web exclusives'.
- If you order a web exclusive item, we're happy to either ship it to you or make it available for in-store pickup.
- Even though web exclusive items aren't stocked in our store, you can still pick them up in person. Just place your order online and select "pick up" as your shipping option on the checkout page.
- After your order comes through our system, we'll grab it, move it to the store, and email you within 24 hours to let you know your item is ready to be picked up.
- If your gear requires any services, expect the usual brief delay while we mount, tune, sharpen, or Phantom up your stuff.

The lyngen down850 knicker is a superior bring-along insulation product for the ski touring enthusiast who is in need of a super lightweight insulation piece for the lower body. This highly functional mid-layer is made with RDS 2.0 850 down fill and a lightweight down-proof recycled 10D nylon face. With a full zip solution, these pants can easily be put on and taken off without removing your ski boots, either on top or underneath your shell pants. The pants are easy to compress down and can be packed into a tiny, separate bag. The zippers on the side are coordinated so you will not use valuable time trying to match them up and the Custom-fit waist system makes them both comfortable and easily adjustable. The seat is insulated with Primaloft to ensure that the butt is kept warm even if you tear a hole.
