- Once a pair of new skis has been mounted, it cannot be returned.
- When the return is processed, you will receive a full refund for the returned product(s), minus $10 for the prepaid return shipping label provided by Powder7. Please note: any outbound shipping charges are not refunded.
- Once we receive the return, please allow 3-5 business days for that refund transaction to appear on your account statement.
- Please notify us within 30 days of receiving your new boots if you would like to return them.
- New ski boots may only be returned in their original new condition, including all packaging, tags, and accessories
- Boots must be returned inside their original undamaged boot box and re-packaged within a shipping box to prevent damage in transit.
- Any returned boots that arrive used, damaged, marked, or without all original packaging and a shipping box, will be declined and sent back to you.
- We always recommend trying on your new boots indoors to make sure they fit before taking them outside.
- Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for that refund transaction to appear on your account statement.
- Please notify us within 7 days of receiving the item that you would like to return it.
- Once you ski on a pair of demo skis they cannot be returned.
- When the return is processed, you will receive a full refund for the product(s) as well as a refund for standard ground shipping ($39.99 for used skis, $19.99 for used snowboards, etc.). Please note: expedited shipping costs or international shipping costs will not be refunded.

We'll work with the manufacturer to determine if their warranty covers the damage. Determining if the issue is a manufacturing defect is solely up to the manufacturer, not Powder7. Our Take:
Since making its debut, the Nordica Santa Ana 88 has earned a reputation for being smooth, stable, and reliable. Equipped with a narrower all-mountain waist width, it pairs a wood core with carbon and a partial sheet of Nordica's Terrain Specific Metal. The 88 has more metal in specific zones than the wider Santa Anas, which increases edge grip and dampens vibrations for a smooth and balanced ride. This is ideal for women sticking to trails most of the time, dealing with icy conditions, or if you just prefer a slightly stiffer ski. An all-mountain shape with early rise tip rocker and a little tail rocker means the Santa Ana feels easy to initiate your next turn with, or pivot on dime if you find yourself in a tight spot. One of the best skis for balancing on trail performance without being punishing, the Santa Ana 88 continues to appeal to our lovely lady shredders out there.
