Best Friend on a Powder Day
Amazing, amazing ski for deep snow and crud. Hard charger, extremely maneuverable and keeps you afloat. Of course it wouldn't be my first choice for a groomer boomer day but can still carve fairly well for a powder ski.

The widest offering in the line, the Santa Ana 110 Free is designed to deliver the ideal blend of playfulness, stability, and flotation for lady rippers looking for a confidence-inspiring powder ski. For 2023, the Santa Ana is unchanged except for a fresh new topsheet. Terrain specific metal, a carbon reinforced chassis, and Nordica's true tip technology combine to create a ski that excels when the snow gets deep. Nordica's terrain specific metal adjusts the amount of metal in the ski depending on the conditions it's designed for. As the ski gets wider in the Santa Ana line, it also gets less metal and deeper rocker lines, to maximize flotation, playfulness, and maneuverability. Don't be fooled, though, this is still a Santa Ana, which means you get ample edge hold, dampness, and stability whether you're busting crud or charging groomers back to the lift line. Smooth and surfy, it's truly a ski built to give you the freedom to explore the whole mountain, and to handle whatever conditions you come across. Best suited for powder days from first chair to last, the Santa Ana 110 Free is ideal for intermediate to expert ladies who want all the confidence-inspiring feel that the Santa Ana line is known for, but don't want to sacrifice playfulness and maneuverability in the process.
