Line Poisson Skis

Our Take On The 2027 Line Poisson:

Rounding out the "fish" collection from Line comes the French fish. The Line Poisson is hands down, one of the most unique skis we've ridden in recent history. The Poisson is the first ski in the experimental collection that infuses the metal from the Optic series. Tweaked and redesigned for the Poisson specifically, the Poisson is a charger. At 112mm underfoot, the Poisson can tackle steep and deep lines with big speed. This ski comes alive at high speeds, and will chomp up any funky snow you find.

At the same time, this is still a fish ski from Line. You may notice the unique tail shape, which Line is dubbing "Step Tail". Inspired from surfboard designs, it allows you to more easily release the ski, while still maintaining surface area for lift in pow. On firm snow, easy and nimble, but in deep snow you get the balanced and surfy feel. That design, combined with a low camber, makes this ski feel remarkably drifty. If you like the feeling of staying close to the snow and swiveling around, and aren't afraid of needing to push a ski around a little, this big fish should be on your list.
