- When the return is processed, you will receive a full refund for the returned product(s), minus $10 for the prepaid return shipping label provided by Powder7. Please note: any outbound shipping charges are not refunded.
- Once we receive the return, please allow 3-5 business days for that refund transaction to appear on your account statement.
- Please notify us within 30 days of receiving your new boots if you would like to return them.
- New ski boots may only be returned in their original new condition, including all packaging, tags, and accessories
- Boots must be returned inside their original undamaged boot box and re-packaged within a shipping box to prevent damage in transit.
- Any returned boots that arrive used, damaged, marked, or without all original packaging and a shipping box, will be declined and sent back to you.
- We always recommend trying on your new boots indoors to make sure they fit before taking them outside.
- Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for that refund transaction to appear on your account statement.

- Once you ski on a pair of demo skis they cannot be returned.

We work with the best manufacturers in the winter sports industry, but occasionally defects do occur. If you think your product has a manufacturing defect please contact us. We'll work with the manufacturer to determine if their warranty covers the damage. Determining if the issue is a manufacturing defect is solely up to the manufacturer, not Powder7. The Icelantic Riveter 95 is a fun-loving, softer flexing directional all-mountain ski that wants to explore. Where many skis in this category look towards metal and carbon to beef up their constructions, Icelantic goes with fiberglass and rubber as dampening materials that also have great reactive characteristics. Combined with significant camber underfoot and and a slightly softer flex, the Riveter has tons of energy and livliness that you can feel all over the mountain. The versatile 95mm waist width makes this perfect for exploring terrain off trail, making your way up to some bigger terrain like bowls and steeps, all while being nimble enough to carve trenches with the crew. We think it's a perfect all-mountain ski and size for skiing out West, or if you like a wider ski for soft snow out East (check out the Riveter 85 if you're sticking to trails more).
