The lighter, more backcountry focused Nomad 105 lite comes back for 2022-23 with a fiery topsheet update, but no structural changes. Made from a Paulownia wood core, the ski is significantly lighter than its poplar counterpart making it ideal for longer uphill endeavours. The almost symmetrical profile makes for a playful ride, so your skiing style doesnt have to take a backseat in the backcountry. Powder7 staffers recommend mounting with a Salomon Shift, Marker Kingpin or any Dynafit tech binding to keep the setup light.
