We work with the best manufacturers in the winter sports industry, but occasionally defects do occur. If you think your product has a manufacturing defect please contact us. This Ski Is A Staff Favorite:
I am a sucker for contrast. Bright, beautiful, yellow sunflowers on a black background? I'll take two please. In general Icelantic makes some very visually appealing skis. What's that? Oh you care more about how the Icelantic Nia Pro skis than my taste in ski top sheets? I'm sure that can't really be how you feel. Although if you did want to know I would probably rave about how Icelantic's Reflective Rocker technology makes these camber-less skis feel like energetic carvers. On firm and groomed snow these skis link turns like a dream. They give you full edge hold with surprisingly good grip for how soft flexing they are. If you are like me, you probably like to ski in the trees and most likely find yourself in moguls. If that is the case, these skis are about as maneuverable as it gets. They want to surf and slide in and out of any tight spot you could possible encounter. All that being said, these skis are great for intermediate skiers all the way up to experts. If you like sunflowers and skiing, I don't know another ski that does both as well as these.

The Nia Pro comes back for 2023 with just a graphics update, no structural changes changes. Its artwork, which features the fireweed flower that exemplifies wild places for so many adventurers, is some of our favorite to come from Icelantic wizard Travis Parr. And its build, which was led by the members of the Icelantic womens pro team, makes it unique. At 105mm underfoot, the Nia Pro storms into the hot category of mid-fat all-mountain/big mountain skis with a new twist: Reflective Rocker. This fresh design matches the rocker profile of the Nia with its sidecut radius. So, you get all the benefits of a fully rockered ski, like superb powder surf and ultimate maneuverability, plus extra edge hold. That means you can spend your whole day exploring the mountain and sessioning your stashes with a ski prepared to handle just about everything you find, except maybe the deepest pow or hardest (iciest) groomers. The Nia stomps landings, links carves, pivots on a dime, and reimagines what an all-mountain ski can feel like. Our ski testers, ladies and guys, were instantly hooked on that feeling.
