Our Take On The 2026 Icelantic Mystic 97:

The Mystic 97 was Icelantic's first women's-specific backcountry touring ski and it is still going strong in its 6th year. These are some of the raddest womens touring skis in the game. With a new topsheet and tweaked construction, they return light for the uphill, but stout enough for the downhill, Icelantic strikes the perfect balance between weight savings and skiability. A sustainably sourced Ochroma wood core saves weight, while Icelantic's signature Tri-axe fiberglass construction keeps the ski energetic and sturdy. The Mystic 97 is for the backcountry skier who respects the balance between the skin up and the ride down. Combine Icelantic's bombproof construction with signature topsheet artwork and yet again we have a winner.
