- New ski boots may only be returned in their original new condition, including all packaging, tags, and accessories
- Boots must be returned inside their original undamaged boot box and re-packaged within a shipping box to prevent damage in transit.
- Any returned boots that arrive used, damaged, marked, or without all original packaging and a shipping box, will be declined and sent back to you.
- We always recommend trying on your new boots indoors to make sure they fit before taking them outside.
- Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for that refund transaction to appear on your account statement.
- Please notify us within 7 days of receiving the item that you would like to return it.
- Once you ski on a pair of demo skis they cannot be returned.
- When the return is processed, you will receive a full refund for the product(s) as well as a refund for standard ground shipping ($39.99 for used skis, $19.99 for used snowboards, etc.). Please note: expedited shipping costs or international shipping costs will not be refunded.

We work with the best manufacturers in the winter sports industry, but occasionally defects do occur. If you think your product has a manufacturing defect please contact us. Head calls this ski a fast yet manageable, fully-equipped speed machine. They are not wrong. This is the second narrowest ski in the Supershape lineup, and boy does it like to rip. The 2016 Magnum features the same all-world ski construction from the previous year but sports a slick update to the topsheet graphics. Click in and hang on.

Tri Flex Base Technology:
For the first time a FreeFlex system is integrated in a newly designed base plate. The Tri Flex base promises mulitiple flexing opportunities to the front, rear, and base of the ski for a more natural flex. The Dynamic Rebound System has 2 power springs which enforces the inherent ski rebound and allows faster edge to edge transition for more powerful and agile skiing at the highest level!
