- You are responsible for handing the package off at your local FedEx Office
- We do not provide return labels for any carrier other than FedEx

- Items may only be returned in their original new condition, including all packaging, tags, and accessories.
- All items must be re-packaged within a shipping box to prevent damage in transit.
- Returned items that arrive used, damaged, marked, or without all original packaging, tags, etc., will be refused and sent back to you.
- Once a pair of new skis has been mounted, it cannot be returned.
- When the return is processed, you will receive a full refund for the returned product(s), minus $10 for the prepaid return shipping label provided by Powder7. Please note: any outbound shipping charges are not refunded.
- Once we receive the return, please allow 3-5 business days for that refund transaction to appear on your account statement.
- Please notify us within 30 days of receiving your new boots if you would like to return them.
- New ski boots may only be returned in their original new condition, including all packaging, tags, and accessories
- Boots must be returned inside their original undamaged boot box and re-packaged within a shipping box to prevent damage in transit.
- Any returned boots that arrive used, damaged, marked, or without all original packaging and a shipping box, will be declined and sent back to you.
- We always recommend trying on your new boots indoors to make sure they fit before taking them outside.
- Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for that refund transaction to appear on your account statement.
- Please notify us within 7 days of receiving the item that you would like to return it.
- Once you ski on a pair of demo skis they cannot be returned.
- When the return is processed, you will receive a full refund for the product(s) as well as a refund for standard ground shipping ($39.99 for used skis, $19.99 for used snowboards, etc.). Please note: expedited shipping costs or international shipping costs will not be refunded.

We'll work with the manufacturer to determine if their warranty covers the damage. Determining if the issue is a manufacturing defect is solely up to the manufacturer, not Powder7. Read all of our Faction Candide 2.0 staff reviewsI don't always buy skis, but when I do, I buy skis like this. The 2.0 can do it all. It is a versatile ski with plenty of pop and moderate stability. Most of all, it's fun, fun, fun! Carving groomers, blasting trees and bumps is what it does best. The Candide 2.0 is also wide enough for most of your powder days. Stay frosty my friends.
By: BlakeQuite possibly the best ski I have ever ridden. It is rare that you can find a ski that is as buttery and playful as the Candide 2.0, and still rails turns when you lay them down. If you want to turn the mountain into your playground, this is your ticket.

Basketball dreamers want to be "like Mike"; freeride skiers want to be like Candide Thovex. Will you ever be able to rip like the real Candide? Who knows. But one thing is for sure: if you want a shot, you'll need a ski that can hold up to the rigors CT puts them through. What better option than a ski designed and used by the man himself? The Candide 2.0 enters 2021 with a few updates to make one of our favorite skis even better. The addition of a titanal stomp pad underfoot improves durability and strength, from landing big airs to ripping cord. Added rubber in the tips and tails makes this ski damper, translating to less chatter at speed. Using the same mount point and flex pattern as what Candide skis, the 2.0 rides switch as well as it rails groomers, and stiffer tips provide more support when stomping 3s without losing the ability to smear, surf, and butter when the feeling hits. Maybe the only thing holding you back from skiing like the legend himself is the skis you're on.
