If you spend your winters in big mountains, you know how essential it is to have a reliable, versatile, 100mm-wide ski. And that's why every brand from Atomic to Zag will have one or two worthy options for you. In the DPS galaxy, that spot has traditionally been filled by the all-world Wailer family, a loose, lively ski that doesn't compromise stability when it's time to rally downhill at reckless speeds. For the winter of 2021-2022, this new Foundation 100 RP replaces the Wailer F100 as arguably the most versatile wood-core model DPS has ever made. A 15-meter turn radius gets you edge-to-edge instantly in tight spaces, while a generous tip rocker punches above its weight class in soft snow and open bowls. Nimble in bumps, but powerful on teeth-rattling frozen gran, the Foundation 100 RP is purpose-built to never let you down.
The Foundation series is DPS' reinvention of the traditional wood core ski, focused on premium materials and precision engineering. A bamboo and poplar backbone is reinforced with carbon to deliver a damp and powerful ride.
